Acquisitions & Due Diligence

Asset Management

Development Group

• The development group was established in 1994 to oversee the value enhancement/redevelopment of under-utilized assets located in attractive markets. This department provides both development and construction services through a specialized team with extensive experience in all real estate product types.

• Our goals are to identify and capitalize on new development investment opportunities, and to maximize asset returns through the renovation of under-performing assets and through programs aimed at minimizing asset operating costs. With extensive knowledge in all areas of construction, we offer project management and consulting services, economic and market analysis, and the ability to structure creative joint-venture investment opportunities with third-party investors. In addition, this group works closely with the asset management team creating a unique team approach for conducting strategic market analysis, economic analysis and value engineering to increase portfolio returns.

Property Management

• Using a uniquely owner-focused management style, the Amex Residential Management team have zeroed in on national recognition, building a group of committed employees, enhancing systems and streamlining of internal processes.
